I was going to apply for the MPD about 2 years ago,but my wife talked me out of it. I love DC and I have been trying to move there since I graduated college, but I am still here in Dallas. This guy you linked about will not make it in prison. We all know that. It wouldn't surprise me if he is found dead in his cell while I am writing this.
Side note: it is now Jan 4 2008. Where are you?
